Lately have you sat at your desk and tried to focus on a task, only to find that you are unable to focus and your mind is wandering ? Here am share some easy and quick tips, which when you follow, you would be able to improve your concentration..


Lets divide this in to three categories. If you are able to manage these three categories, you would surely be able to focus much better.

Mindset , Environment, Nutrition (MEN)

1. Mindset : Be very clear in your mind that Limiting distractions allows you to get into the flow of your work, so you get more done.
a. Focus on one task at a time
b. Prioritize your task list
c. Focus on one task at a time

2. Environment : This plays a large role in your ability to concentrate. The more comfortable  your environment is, the easier it will be for you to stay focused
a. Make sure you're comfortable
b. Shut out distractions as much as possible

3. Nutrition : This also plays a active role to help you focus more better. Just ensure you follow the below nutrition tips.
a. Drink water while you work
b. Start your day with well rounded breakfast

Will all these being followed make sure you also reward yourself on success. For instance, make a rule that if you focus intensively for 45 minutes on one task, you can take a break to get a cup of coffee when you're done.
