Getting up early morning also gives you the opportunity to set a positive tone for the day.

What to do after you get up early ? Well do the 20-20-20 rule as explained in the below intersting video by Robin Sharma advicing about the 5am club.

2. Do the most difficult thing first in the morning: Disorder and chaos tend to increase as your day goes on. At the same time, the decisions and choices that you make throughout the day tend to drain your willpower.

You’re less likely to make a good decision at the end of the day than you are at the beginning. So dare to do the most difficult thing first in the morning when you are at best of your capabilities.

eleminate distraction, you need to know what are your distraction in the first place.

To name a few, it could be frequently checking and responding to email (Minimize this distraction by scheduling specific times to check and respond to emails) Other key distractions are Phone Calls, IM/Chat alerts and also Co-workers.

4. Take care of your health: Your personal health and mental condition plays a large role in your ability to concentrate. The more comfortable you feel the easier it will likely be for you to focus.

Drink water- When our brains don't have enough fluid, they can't operate at peak performance. Staying hydrated is an easy way to help improve your concentration during the day.
